Hi!
I'm Bruce Thomason.
I have been a Chef for 40 year, classically trained, with extensive experiences around the world from Antarctica to the Russian far east and Europe and Asia.
I've owned my own restaurant in Auckland and have spent many years working in the luxury lodges sector. Always focused on seasonal produce of NZ, and where possible, foraging or growing as much produce as I can.
I work within your budget and from the first consultation I focus on you - discussing your next event and what it could look like, to planning a theme, a table, a menu, selecting produce, and creating superlative and memorable tastes. I explore every avenue to give you an extraordinary culinary experience. We can work with dietary requirements, recommendations for wine pairing or non-alcoholic refreshments.
No stone is left unturned – we take the worry out of your event allowing you to fully enjoy your guests and leave you with amazing memories.

Cooking and serving food to guests in their own environment has always been a passion of mine. I am delighted to serve exquisite culinary craft food in my clients homes or venue of their choice – from a picnic to a party, a wedding to a welcome home, my passion for food makes your event extra special.
