Its only a few more weeks till Christmas and in preparation for the festive party season I’m creating a range of delish canapes from rather unusual locally sourced ingredients…. Foraging and Fresh. Paired nicely with a summer Rose or bubbly, these canapes are best made fresh but all the ingredients can be pre-prepared. The crispy beet and tapioca crackers were tricky to perfect and a technical challenge, but worth every delectable bite.
